MotiveX was founded in 2015 by a team of motivation, engagement, and sales enablement experts. We were frustrated by the lack of actionable and scientifically validated assessment tools available to predict sales engagement and productivity. 

We focused our approach on intrinsic motivation, the foundation of engagement and productivity. Our team asked the question, “How can you even begin to engage someone if you don’t know what motivates them”?
